Terms & Conditions

Oraly Healthcare Solutions  |  Effective Date: 1 January 2025  |  Last Updated: 2 June 2025

Important: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Oraly WhatsApp consultation service. By messaging us on WhatsApp or using any Oraly platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the Service

Oraly Healthcare Solutions ("Oraly", "we", "us", "our") provides an online dental consultation service via WhatsApp Business (number: +91 62675 05080) and related digital platforms including oraly.in.

The service allows patients ("you", "user") to send text messages, images, or voice notes describing dental concerns and receive guidance from a licensed dental professional. This is a tele-consultation and advisory service only — it does not constitute a formal clinical examination or replace in-person dental care.

2. Eligibility

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Oraly WhatsApp consultation service does NOT constitute a formal medical diagnosis, prescription, or clinical treatment. Guidance provided is general dental advice based on the information you share. You should always consult a qualified, in-person dentist for formal diagnosis, treatment, and prescription of medications.

Oraly's dental advisors will recommend an in-person visit whenever they determine it is clinically necessary. Ignoring such a recommendation is at your own risk. In case of a dental emergency (severe pain, swelling spreading to the face or neck, difficulty breathing or swallowing), please go to a hospital emergency department immediately rather than waiting for a WhatsApp reply.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Terms

Our service is delivered over the WhatsApp Business Platform, owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using our service, you also agree to:

Oraly is an independent business using the WhatsApp Business API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Meta Platforms, Inc. beyond its status as a WhatsApp Business API user.
